Job Description:
A company is looking for a High Voltage Engineer who will be
responsible for the transmission line design and overseeing
contractors for various projects.
Key Responsibilities
Design transmission lines and oversee contractor work for
generation tie lines and reconductoring projects
Order materials, issue drawing packages in PLS-CADD and AutoCAD,
and ensure quality assurance of contractor work
Attend project meetings, represent transmission engineering, and
provide updates to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required
At least 8 years of experience in high voltage transmission line
design, including 220 kV and 500 kV
Proficient in PLS-CADD software
Experience in high voltage transmission line design
