Key Responsibilities
Serve as the subject matter expert for Revenue Cycle Services
Provide leadership and education regarding Revenue Cycle Services
regulations and changes
Monitor aged accounts receivable and intervene as necessary for
claim-related issues
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Experience with MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Office
Knowledge of insurance billing and follow-up processes
Leadership experience in a related field
Ability to manage changes in Revenue Cycle Services
requirements
Experience in claims escalation and resolution
