Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Collections Officer (Temp) to
manage the collections process and maintain client
relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure timely collections of
outstanding balances
Develop and implement effective collection strategies to reduce
delinquency rates
Monitor account statuses, follow up on overdue payments, and
resolve discrepancies
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration,
or a related field required
7+ years of experience in collections, specifically in late-stage
Ag loans
5+ years of experience analyzing Ag credits and managing multiple
accounts
Strong understanding of collections processes and relevant
regulations
5+ years of negotiation experience in collections workout
situations
