Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Billing & Enrollment
Professional responsible for managing the enrollment and billing
processes for an insurance organization.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and resolve complex issues related to eligibility,
enrollment, billing, and TRICARE topics
Manage and maintain billing and enrollment reports, ensuring
compliance with DHA and HGB systems
Document and develop business requirements, and conduct annual
reviews of policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
U.S. Citizenship required due to Department of Defense contract
5 years of healthcare technical experience with knowledge of
TRICARE Systems
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel for data management
Experience in process improvement recommendations
Familiarity with TRICARE rules and regulations
