What You'll be Doing:Flexing your skills across two locations! You'll work at both our Longmont and Boulder stores, supporting teams and customers where you're needed most.Making deals happen! Help customers secure financing while maximizing dealership profitability.Leading & motivating! Coach and inspire sales teams to hit goals and exceed expectations.Driving revenue! Develop strategies to boost sales, improve finance penetration, and increase gross profit.Keeping it compliant! Ensure all financing paperwork is accurate and meets industry regulations.What You Bring to the Table:3-5 years automotive finance or sales management experience -- ideally, both!Proven track record of sales and finance performance. Prior DMS experience; DealerTrack preferred.Outstanding organization and follow up skills.Desire to provide a high level of customer service.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be goal-driven and have strong desire to succeed.
