Job Description:
A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Frameworks to
lead a team of software developers in delivering a CRM solution for
the automotive service industry.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership in .NET development and drive the
team's technical decisions
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of software engineers while
fostering a positive work environment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain comprehensive
technical documentation
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 6 years of experience in .NET development with a strong
grasp of C# and ASP.NET
At least 1 year of experience managing software engineering
teams
Experience architecting microservices and developing REST APIs
Demonstrated understanding of database and data transformation
techniques
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and related tools
