Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr Manager, Service Management to
lead the Service Management team and drive ITSM processes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a distributed team of analysts and configuration experts to
foster a strong team culture
Serve as the product owner for the ITSM platform and develop a
comprehensive platform roadmap
Implement integrated and automated processes to drive efficiency
and ensure audit readiness
Required Qualifications
8 years of leadership experience in IT Service Management and
multi-functional project delivery
10+ years of technical experience in IT software development and
operations
Extensive experience with ITSM practices in large organizations
Hands-on experience with major ITSM platforms like ServiceNow or
Atlassian
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
experience
