Lead the development of advanced analytics and AI-driven insights
to improve talent outcomes
Mentor and grow a high-performing team of data scientists and
analysts
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in People Analytics, Data Science, or HR
Technology leadership roles
Strong expertise in data science methodologies, modeling, and AI
applications in HR analytics
Deep understanding of HR metrics and talent analytics
Experience with HR technology platforms and cloud-based analytics
tools
Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence
strategic decisions
