Job Description:
A company is looking for a Research Director to develop insights
and understanding for world-class experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver mixed-method research approaches throughout the
creative development process
Lead and manage researchers, providing mentorship and ensuring
high-quality research deliverables
Develop strategic insights and communicate findings to inform
product management and design decisions
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in a research leadership role, preferably in
an agency or large organization
Strong expertise in mixed-method research methodologies and
AI-powered research
Proficient in data analysis and synthesis, with the ability to
visualize data effectively
Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including
designers and product managers
