A company is looking for a Senior Analyst Absence
Management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex problems and collaborate with team members for
ticket resolution
Design and configure software applications in partnership with
technical teams or vendors
Develop and execute test plans to ensure software meets functional
requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information technology,
software engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred)
5+ years of experience in a shared service organization
Oracle Certification (preferred)
