Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operations Manager for Owned
Assets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support the development and implementation of strategies
and initiatives for operational excellence and standardization
Provide input into operating policies and procedures to promote
best practices across the real estate portfolio
Coordinate work activities and act as the key point of contact with
various departments and stakeholders to ensure project
completion
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Experience with Entrata is preferred
Ability to travel up to two times per year
Experience in real estate operations or a related field
Proven track record in managing projects and implementing process
improvements
Strong understanding of operational strategy and compliance
