Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Trust Mergers &
Acquisitions (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute Trust M&A strategy, ensuring integration of
security, privacy, resilience, and AI governance
Assess potential acquisition targets to identify risks and ensure
informed decision-making
Lead and mentor a team of Trust M&A professionals while
delivering data-driven reporting to senior leadership
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Information
Security, or Risk Management, with at least 3 years in a leadership
role
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security,
Cybersecurity, or a related field
Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent
are highly desirable
Deep technical expertise in security engineering, application
security, network security, and data protection
Proven leadership in managing cybersecurity programs and M&A
processes
