A company is looking for a Healthplan Informatics Manager to
coordinate reporting and analytics within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Align reporting and analytics efforts with organizational goals
Collaborate with various teams to define and implement project
roadmaps and execution plans
Manage and execute work portfolios within specific business units,
focusing on tools, solutions, and analytics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a business, healthcare, or quantitative field;
Master's degree preferred
Eight or more years of related business intelligence and analytics
experience
Three or more years of management experience supervising
cross-functional teams
Experience managing complex projects and developing data-driven
initiatives
Deep understanding of healthcare data, statistical analysis, and
program evaluation
