Job Description:

As Inbound Call Center Representative, you will be providing 5-star customer service, account access and transaction requests by telephone in our Downtown or Englewood call center. You may also escalate calls to higher tiers/other departments when required.

You will be the consummate problem solver, answering customer calls according to established procedure. You must maintain an excellent working knowledge of company products and services. * Two years of consistent phone and/or customer-facing experience with demonstrated ability to provide solutions according to professional standards * One year of health care insurance experience preferred

* Good written and verbal communication skills, especially listening and problem solving

* General knowledge of computer systems and multi-line telephones
