Job Description:
A company is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) -
Telehealth/Virtual - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and gather data for patient care coordination
and discharge planning
Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve discharge barriers
and facilitate timely patient movement
Participate in departmental operations and contribute to process
improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Completion of a Registered Nurse program; BSN preferred
Three or more years of nursing experience in an acute care hospital
setting
Experience with Epic and/or Cerner is required
Must hold a valid unrestricted RN license in Nevada and
California
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
