• Cross Credentialing Facilities: Rose/Presbyterian St. Luke s, Parker, Castle Rock, or Swedish
• Start Date: Upon Credentialing
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
• Length of assignment: 6 months
• Types of cases: All Cases, spinals
• Intake Notes: Must be open to call 1 - 2 x per month.
• Length of Shift: 8s, 10s,12s
• Call Requirements: Yes
• Workweek Guarantee: Yes
• EMR System: Epic/Medaxion
• CRNA's Supervised or Medically Directed: Supervised
