Medical Scribe Boulder Community Health, Boulder, CO 80303
$17.00 - $22.45 an hour - Half Time, Days, 25 hours a week.Boulder
Community Health is seeking a Medical Scribe who performs clerical
and information technology functions for a physician in a clinical
setting. This includes accurately and thoroughly documenting
medical visits as they are performed by the physician.Benefits:

degree, or currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in a
healthcare related field. ---Medical Scribe Certification,
preferred. ---Certified Medical Assistant, preferred. ---No prior
scribe experience required. Responsibilities ---Accompanies
physician into the patient examination room to transcribe patient's
history and physical exam, and the physician's encounter with the
patient. ---Transcribes all diagnoses and symptoms as well as
follow-up instructions and prescriptions as dictated by the
physician. ---Documents all procedure performed by the
