Job Description:
A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician (Remote) in
Clinical Customer Care.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and make telephone calls to assist customers and clinical
teams
Provide guidance and support to Customer Care Associates
Handle escalated calls and manage customer complaints
Required Qualifications
Active and unrestricted in-state Board of Pharmacy License
High school or equivalent diploma
National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA)
preferred
6+ months of relevant experience with computer and web-based
tools
Experience in a fast-paced work environment
