Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote PBM Prior Authorization
Pharmacist.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborates with Technicians and Nurses to process authorization
requests and perform clinical assessments
Coordinates communication of case decisions to healthcare
professionals and patients
Handles inbound phone calls and escalations regarding Prior
Authorization
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2-5 years of clinical experience with specialty
medications or prior authorization requests
Active pharmacist license in state of residence in good
standing
Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or Pharm D required
Experience using MS Office and other Windows-based applications
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
