Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Therapist - 1099 Contractor -
LCSW or LPC - Georgia Licensed.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver remote care throughout outcome-based, short-term treatment
programs
Monitor participant progress, provide follow-up communications, and
document session notes
Participate in care team meetings and maintain confidentiality as
per HIPAA guidelines
Required Qualifications
Active, unrestricted clinical license in Georgia (LCSW, LPC, or
equivalent)
Ability to maintain a consistent schedule of 10+ hours per week
Currently eligible to enroll as a provider in the Medicare
program
