A company is looking for a Director of Care Concierge to lead
and scale their Care Concierge team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and direction for the Concierge Team, ensuring
high-quality patient and provider experiences
Strategically plan for growth, aligning resources with overall
company models and innovating for efficiency
Monitor and design metrics for team performance, focusing on
patient satisfaction and operational quality
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in customer support or practice management
within a healthcare setting
Proven leadership experience in a customer-facing environment,
preferably in telehealth or telemedicine
Strong understanding of telemedicine practices and the healthcare
landscape
Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop team members
Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced
environment
