A company is looking for a Team Lead, Customer Service
Scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support to the scheduling team and implement
departmental initiatives
Measure and monitor staffing levels, assign duties, and facilitate
daily stand-ups
Troubleshoot and resolve departmental issues while training staff
on new processes
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
1-2 years scheduling experience
1 year leadership experience
