Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Analyst II to install and
troubleshoot technical issues for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Customer Success Analyst for Test and Turn Up
(TTU) and cutover dispatches
Work with onsite technicians to deploy customer solutions and host
bridge calls with vendors
Update tickets accurately and follow up on carrier issues until
resolved
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
High School diploma or GED; associate degree in a relevant field,
CCNA, or equivalent experience
Two years of IT, Network Operations (Voice/Data Solutions), and
customer support experience
Experience with telephone networks (POTS and VoIP) and advanced
networking technologies
Working knowledge of protocol and packet analysis
Background in cloud-based communication solutions like Office 365
and Microsoft Teams
