A company is looking for a Family Law Attorney - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Handle family law litigation cases including divorce, child
support, and custody
Provide legal advice and representation to clients in family law
matters
Manage case documentation and maintain client communications
effectively
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
Bar licensed in Virginia; additional licenses in MD and D.C. are a
plus
Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing family law
Knowledge of family law cases such as prenuptial agreements
