Job Description:
A company is looking for a Strategic Account Customer Specialist
to manage the overall health of several multi-million-dollar large
accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Drive processes to ensure compliance with service level agreements
and metrics
Build relationships and serve as the point of contact for
day-to-day contract activities
Coordinate efforts with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to
resolve issues
Required Qualifications
2+ years in customer, sales, or contract administration support
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Familiarity with Group Purchasing Organizations and contract
administration
4-year degree or equivalent experience
