Job Description:
A company is looking for an ACM Coordinator I to assist in case
management within the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct member/provider outreach and assist ACM nurses with member
assessments
Participate in health plan and department meetings and assist with
audit preparations
Answer inbound phone calls to support members and providers
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Experience using Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and
Outlook
Experience working in a healthcare setting preferred
Previous experience with Case Management preferred
Able to speak and understand Tagalog or Ilocano (preferred)
