Job Description:

A growing electronics manufacturer in the Boulder area is looking for an assembly technician. Responsibilities:

? Assembly of various parts.

? Screwing together of housings.

? Labeling

? Soldering and rework of through-hole & SMT components.

? Log data & access information using Microsoft Windows-based computers using Microsoft Office / Excel.

? Calibration and testing of circuitry.

? Trouble shooting and rework of circuitry.

? Multi-meter testing.

? Bar-coding products and labeling material.

? Recording information on computer, such as the number of products, etc.

? Solving problems.

? Counting finished products to determine if product orders are complete.

? Inspection of materials to identify errors or other problems or defects.

? Packaging and shipping of materials.

? Storing products on shelves and other locations.

? Assisting in inspecting incoming inventory.

? Miscellaneous support of other team members.

Skills Required:

? A strong attention to detail.

? The ability to complete tasks in a timely fashion.

? The strength to lift and carry boxes up to 40 pounds.

? Experience with Windows-based computers and Microsoft Office / Excel.

? The ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

? The ability to consistently follow detailed work procedures.

? Deductive Reasoning ? the ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense.

? Able to operate an electric screw gun for extended periods of time.
