Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Care Advocate to handle
customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
Handle intake and inquiry calls for Workers' Compensation and
Commercial Auto lines
Maintain service level agreements and assist with claims
documentation
Support onboarding and training of new hires and contribute to
resource development
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education
preferred
1+ years of experience in Customer Service or a Call Center
required
1+ years of experience in Workers' Compensation and Commercial Auto
preferred
Experience with G-Suite Tools, Salesforce, and Slack desired
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
