Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Advocacy Coordinator - Small
Business Banking.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service through first call resolution
and relationship building
Utilize various tools to develop deep knowledge of small business
products and services
Adapt to enhancements designed for customer benefit and support
team members in problem-solving
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 3 years of customer service or call center experience
At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office or G Suite
Experience in the financial industry is preferred
Banking call center experience is a plus
