Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow across
production, finance, and administration
Develop and implement efficient systems for financial management,
budgeting, and resource allocation
Lead strategic planning to improve operational processes and
optimize team performance
Required Qualifications
Experience in finance, budgeting, and resource management
Proficiency in Excel, Rippling, and cost management software
Strong data analysis skills
Experience in people management with a focus on teamwork and
accountability
Previous experience in content production or digital media
operations is highly preferred
