Job Description:
A company is looking for a Weekend Patient Coordinator
(Remote/Non-Clinical).
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for patients seeking medical
assistance
Document patients' needs accurately prior to their consultation
with a nurse
Utilize customized scripting to provide compassionate support and
build trust with patients
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree
preferred
1+ years of customer service experience required
1-2 years of healthcare experience desired
Ability to type a minimum of 25 wpm
Must provide a HIPAA-compliant workspace during training and
regular shifts
