Information.
Key Responsibilities
Accesses client hospital information systems to retrieve medical
documents and information for hospital claims processing
Utilizes the Artiva (or FACS) workflow management system to manage
tasks and updates
Conducts monthly reviews of client systems for payment transactions
and reports discrepancies
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED is required
Adherence to HIPAA requirements
Moderate computer proficiency, including MS Excel, Word, and
Outlook
Ability to learn hospital information systems
Strong organization and documentation skills
