A company is looking for a Performance Systems Engineer to
optimize blockchain software performance.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze metrics to identify performance bottlenecks
Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand performance
requirements and goals
Design, implement, and benchmark solutions to improve performance
and reliability
Required Qualifications
Proven track record of shipping and optimizing high-performance
software
Experience with performance optimization and diagnosing performance
issues
Intimate familiarity with multi-threaded programming on Linux
Expertise in programming languages such as Rust or C++
Knowledge of low-level systems engineering, including debugging and
profiling
