Job Description:
A company is looking for a Non-QM Mortgage Underwriter to review
and evaluate loan applications.
Key Responsibilities
Review, evaluate, and approve or deny loan applications outside
traditional QM guidelines
Specifically focus on DSCR and Bank Statement loans
Manage a large pipeline of loans independently
Required Qualifications
2+ years' experience underwriting DSCR and Bank Statement loans
Strong knowledge of common investors in the Non-QM space
Proficient in Encompass
