Job Description:
A company is looking for an Underwriting Associate to join their
Managing General Underwriting team.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle renewal preparatory work and initial reviews for underwriter
pricing
Act as the first point of contact for mid-term endorsement requests
and service issues
Generate monthly reports and assist in operational improvements
Required Qualifications:
Associate Degree or equivalent
2+ years of related insurance experience, preferably in
Environmental Insurance
Surplus Lines insurance license is a plus
Solid understanding of business technologies and workflows
Knowledge of Excel is a plus
