The platform identifies and deploys top-indexing publisher audiences for activation across all media channels.THE OPPORTUNITYWe are seeking a Data Scientist to support audience modeling, data analysis, and predictive insights for privacy-first healthcare advertising. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to develop expertise in data science, healthcare analytics, and machine learning in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering, product, and solutions teams to refine data-driven audience targeting and ensure the accuracy of our models.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze healthcare and advertising data to uncover insights and optimize audience modeling.
• Assist in developing predictive models and machine learning algorithms for audience targeting.
• Use SQL and Python to query, process, and visualize large datasets.
• Validate data integrity and ensure models align with privacy and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with solutions and product teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
• Support ad hoc data analysis requests from internal stakeholders and clients.QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1-3 years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and modeling.
  • Understanding of statistical methods, machine learning fundamentals, and predictive analytics.
  • Ability to communicate data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.
