Job Description:
A company is looking for a Peer Recovery Specialist Lead to
support members in the Substance Use Disorder Program.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with leadership and the enrollment team to grow the census
and identify eligible members for enrollment
Lead and manage a team of peers while ensuring overall team success
and alignment with operations and clinical teams
Conduct outreach, provide education, and develop individualized
recovery action plans in collaboration with members, families, and
healthcare providers
Required Qualifications
Must be certified in Peer Recovery in TN, TX, LA, KY, IN, FL, MO,
or WA
At least 1-2 years of management/leadership experience is
required
Experience in providing trauma-informed care in substance use
disorder treatment settings
Ability to engage in performance management and coaching of team
members
Flexibility to work remotely and in the community as needed
