Key Responsibilities
Lead design initiatives, including sketches, wireframes, and
prototypes
Facilitate discussions with multi-disciplined teams to meet project
requirements
Coach and mentor junior designers, providing actionable feedback
for growth
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant experience
Prior experience mentoring junior team members
Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Miro, or Adobe
Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
