A company is looking for a Consultant in Customer
Management.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct audits of coding and medical record documentation for
regulatory compliance and revenue maximization
Review denied claims and write appeals to secure appropriate
reimbursement
Participate in revenue cycle assessments and charge master reviews
to ensure timely engagement completion
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's Degree
CPC, COC, or CCS certification
3 years of experience with financial systems like EPIC, McKesson,
Cerner, etc
In-depth knowledge of healthcare services and regulatory
requirements
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and associated tools
