Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Onboarding Analyst responsible
for managing the onboarding process for new Distributor
Partners.
Key Responsibilities
Own the customer onboarding experience from contract to launch
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve onboarding bottlenecks
and ensure smooth Go To Market planning
Gather requirements for custom development needed for onboarding
new Distributor Partners
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in product/project management, preferably in
the ERP domain
Solid customer service/success mindset and experience
Exceptional time-management and organizational capabilities
Entrepreneurial self-starter and multitasker in a deadline-driven
environment
BA/BS university degree preferred; extra credit for hospitality
industry experience
