Interface encourages everyone to come with questions and bring new ideas and solutions - we foster a culture of learning and growing.What You Will be Doing:As a Principal - Senior Electrical Engineer/Designer at Interface, you will be taking ownership as a discipline leader on multiple projects. Your duties will include, but may not be limited to:

• Innovative and complex electrical system design
• Meeting and consulting with clients
• Providing guidance to design staff
• Supporting overall project management to our MEP team leaders.To Qualify for Application:The successful Principal - Senior Electrical Engineer/Designer candidate should have:
  • BSEE
  • 15+ years' prior experience with a consulting MEP practice
  • High-energy client services skills
  • Excellent communication ability
  • Complete understanding of building codes
  • Thorough design system knowledgeTo Be Competitive for this Role:Preferred qualifications include:
    • A Professional Engineering License (or equivalent experience)
    • LEED Accreditation
    • Experience with CAD and REVITInterface Benefits and Perks:
      • Highly competitive total compensation packages. The annual salary range for this position is $175k to $200k.
