Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Governance & Process Analyst
(100% Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Maintain documentation and generate reports on incident trends, RCA
findings, and project handover materials
Ensure IT processes align with internal policies and regulatory
requirements while supporting change management
Analyze existing processes, recommend improvements, and develop
governance reports and dashboards for leadership
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications,
Compliance, or a related field
2+ years of experience in process documentation, compliance,
governance, or business analysis
Familiarity with frameworks like ITIL, COBIT, or ISO 27001
Experience in regulated industries (i.e., finance, healthcare,
government) preferred
Knowledge of workflow or service management tools (i.e., Jira,
ServiceNow, or Confluence)
