A company is looking for a Consultative Inside Sales
Representative (Remote, US).
Key Responsibilities
Engage with approximately 20 new warm inbound leads and conduct 60
outbound follow-ups daily
Recommend HVAC products tailored to the specific needs of
homeowners, contractors, and small business owners
Participate in ongoing training on HVAC products and sales
processes
Required Qualifications and Training
Proven track record in phone sales with closing experience
Experience navigating computers and CRM systems
Resourceful and takes initiative in overcoming objections
Aptitude for understanding and explaining technical concepts
Strong organizational skills with reliable follow-through
