A company is looking for a Pre-Licensing Training Agent -
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve complex consumer issues and advise first level
representatives on high level issues
Assist policyholders with billing questions and concerns
Provide support to policyholders with any requested policy
changes
Required Qualifications
MUST BE LOCATED IN TEXAS OR FLORIDA ONLY
6 months customer service experience minimum
Over 18 years of age
High School Graduate or GED
Comfort with desktop computer systems
