Key Responsibilities
Build and lead a high-performing team of data scientists
Design rigorous experiments and interpret results for actionable
conclusions
Develop statistical models to extract trends and predict future
performance
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in a quantitative role, including leading
projects and mentoring
Ability to run rigorous experiments and provide scientifically
sound recommendations
Proficient in writing complex SQL queries to extract data
Experience translating business needs into analytical
frameworks
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
