Job Description:
A company is looking for a Triage Specialist to join their
Operations Team.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate resources to meet
their needs
Participate as a tier 1 support technician and assist clients with
technical support issues
Manage client interactions and maintain knowledge of the company's
solutions and best practices
Required Qualifications
Approximately 2 years of experience in a technical support role
Industry-recognized IT certifications such as CompTIA ITF+, A+, or
Networking+ are a plus
Technical knowledge of operating systems including Windows, macOS,
iOS, and Android
Ability to operate independently and manage multiple tasks
efficiently
Experience in client-facing roles is preferred
