A company is looking for a Director, Training and Knowledge
Management.
Key Responsibilities
Define and implement a global clinical operations training
strategy
Develop and coordinate structured global clinical operations
learning and development programs
Launch and manage training platforms and tools for effective
communication and training delivery
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
10+ years of experience in leading and implementing training
strategies
Experience in developing training materials and working with
learning management systems
Extensive experience in GCP training policy and global clinical
operations
Prior leadership experience in matrix organizations
