Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accounting Advisory Manager to lead
and support their accounting team while ensuring high-quality
financial services for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and mentor PH-based accountants, ensuring accuracy and
professional development
Oversee senior accounting engagements, including monthly and
year-end closing processes and tax compliance projects
Deliver monthly financial review calls with clients and act as the
primary point of contact for client relationship management
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
(CPA/CMA certification preferred)
7+ years of accounting experience, including 3 years in a
leadership and client-facing advisory role
Strong experience with GAAP and accrual-based accounting
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, and other small business financial
software
Experience working with US-based clients, preferably in E-commerce,
SaaS, Professional Services, and Nonprofits
